This blog is geared toward Human Resource professionals, Employee Relations Specialists, and Loss Prevention specialists. The purpose is to discuss relevant happenings in the HR world and at times to shed light on post incident investigation, interview, or interrogation (III) methods and tools, specifically the rationalization. My hope is that by sharing some of the tools I use, we can all continue to improve our technique to help illicit truth from our interviewee’s.
